Owner Todd Eisenhauer, originally from Pittsburgh, PA is an Army Veteran and former chef at the Griffin Tavern in Flint Hill and current owner of Black Bear Bistro and Brick Oven in Old Town Warrenton, and the Brick Oven Food Truck Black Bear Oven One. Chef Todd is a proud poppa to 2 adorable Corgis Phoebe and Toast.
Partner Don Citro originally from Trenton New Jersey has been working for chef Todd since January of 2021. Don’s been a chef since 2010, and lives in Fauquier with his beautiful future wife Sarah and his son Dominick whom also works at Ours, and their 3 dogs Khaleesi, Dixie, and Penelope
Partner Jodie Marfinetz is originally from Falls Church/Woodbridge Virginia and she’s been in the restaurant industry since 2008 and specializes in creating amazing drinks! She’s been working with Todd since March of 2021. She lives in Culpeper county with her husband Matt daughter Blake& son Nathan. They have a Sassy Shih Tuz Emily and adopting a baby Corgi in August 2023.
Partner Sheterria Melson is originally from Elizabeth City, NC has been in the service industry for 20 years and specializes in the Front of House. Sheterria is the proud momma to miss Luca and son Miles whom is a cook at Ours Noir as well. Sheterria has also been working with Todd
since March of 2021 and also lives in Fauquier.
